We’re looking for a driven and customer-obsessed AWS Account Manager to join our team in Dubai, focusing on Greenfield enterprise and SMB clients. This is an exciting opportunity to build new relationships, grow market presence, and help businesses of all sizes embrace the power of AWS cloud technologies.
As an Account Manager, you’ll be responsible for identifying, engaging, and managing GF-ENT and SMB accounts across the region, with a strong focus on net-new customer acquisition.
The Job Role
Identify and develop new business opportunities in the greenfield enterprise and SMB segments.
Build and manage strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers.
Understand client business needs and position AWS solutions accordingly.
Drive the full sales cycle – from prospecting to closing.
Collaborate with internal AWS technical and partner teams to deliver customer success.
Maintain accurate forecasting and reporting via CRM tools.
Stay up to date on AWS products, services, and industry trends.

Experience Requirements
2–5 years of sales experience, preferably in cloud, software, or technology solutions.
Proven track record in acquiring and managing new accounts.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or a related field preferred.
Prior experience in the UAE or GCC market is a plus.
AWS certifications or familiarity with cloud solutions is an advantage.
